Hair Choice Extensions Returns & Refunds Policy

Please ensure all Hair Choice Extensions purchased from us are treated with care. We will only accept your return if the hair is returned to us in the same condition you received it. The extensions must be attached to the board and returned in the original box. 

We will not accept your return if we see the hair has been used or altered in any way.

We will accept return requests within 14 days from the date you received your hair extensions. The returned product will be fully examined and may be returned to you if we see you have not complied with our Returns Policy. 

We will aim to refund you within 3-5 working days of receiving your return back into our warehouse. Please allow us extra time to process your refund over bank holiday periods.

Cost and Risk of return will be at your expense and we strongly recommend that you get proof of postage as we will not be held liable for any lost or stolen parcels.
