You must take care of our goods whilst they are in your possession and at any time. Your item must be returned to us in its original packaging and in its original condition. All hair must be attached to the card inside the box in order for you to receive a refund or exchange. Please refer to our Returns Policy Below.

We do not recommend colouring or silver shampoo any human hair product as they have all been through a harsh chemical process. If you do decide to go ahead and colour the hair all guarantees are voided and we will not accept hair back to be tested if you think that the hair is faulty as you have made a change to the original condition of the product. All of our suppliers refuse to test hair that has been coloured.
All of our products come with our 30 day guarantee where you may return faulty goods (subject to manufacturers testing) for exchange or refund of original purchase price. This does not effect your Statutory Rights.
Synthetic pieces cannot be washed or coloured. If you choose to apply heat this should be in moderation up to 180 degrees. We will not accept any returns if you have not followed what we have advised regarding our Synthetic hair pieces.
We do not accept returns on any of our accessories e.g Extension Clips due to reasons of health and hygiene.
Please note we will not be responsible for any interest occurred whilst returning your item if this is outside your credit/debit card timescale.
